Speedy Gonzo's Hauling provides junk removal and hauling services for residential and commercial customers in Peoria, Bloomington, Springfield, Chicagoland, and surrounding areas. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may change if the actual job differs from what was originally described, for example, if there are more items, heavier loads, or difficult access. We'll always communicate any changes before proceeding.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the items to be removed
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the items and work area
• Disclose any known hazards at the job site
• Not include hazardous, toxic, or prohibited materials (see below)

Prohibited Items

For the safety of our crew and the community, we cannot accept the following:

• Hazardous waste (chemicals, oil, paint, solvents, pesticides)
• Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
• Medical or biological waste
• Flammable or explosive materials
• Any items that pose a health or safety risk

If prohibited items are found on-site, we reserve the right to decline removal of those items without adjusting the quoted price.

Liability

Speedy Gonzo's Hauling is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property, walls, floors, or surrounding areas. We take care during every job, but we are not liable for damage caused by unsafe conditions, structural issues, or situations beyond our control. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept common forms of payment including cash, card, and digital payments. Any outstanding balances may be subject to additional fees.

Use of Photos & Project Media

We may take before-and-after photos of completed jobs for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials. No personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, or face) will be used without your consent. If you prefer that we do not photograph your job, just let us know.
