Yes. We offer same-day service in Peoria, Bloomington, Springfield, and Chicagoland for most jobs. If you call in the morning, we can usually be there by the afternoon. Next-day service is available for surrounding areas.

How do I schedule a pickup?

Call us at (708) 690-8005 or fill out the contact form on our website. We'll confirm a pickup window that works for your schedule. You can also text us photos of what needs hauling for a faster quote.

Do I need to be home during the pickup?

For most jobs, yes. We need someone there to point out what goes and what stays. For some outdoor jobs (yard debris, driveway items), we can arrange unattended pickups if everything is clearly staged.

How long does a typical job take?

Most residential jobs take 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on volume and access. Full home or estate cleanouts may take longer, and we'll give you a time estimate with your quote.

How do you determine the price?

We price by truck volume, not by the hour. When we arrive, we look at what needs to go and give you a firm price before we start. Single items start at $75. A full truckload is $500-$800+. Visit our pricing page for detailed estimates.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price we quote is the price you pay. That includes all labor, loading, hauling, and disposal. The only time the price changes is if you add more items after we've quoted.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and most major credit/debit cards. Payment is due when the job is complete.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Active military, veterans, and first responders get 15% off every job. Just mention it when you call. We also occasionally run promotions on our social media pages.

What items do you haul?

Almost anything non-hazardous: furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, exercise equipment, hot tubs, office furniture, and much more. If you can point at it, we can probably haul it.

Is there anything you won't take?

There are some things we can't haul, like hazardous chemicals or flammable materials. If you're not sure about a specific item, just give us a call and we'll let you know.

Do you take construction debris?

Absolutely. Drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, scrap metal, and general renovation waste. We work with contractors and homeowners on demo and remodel cleanups regularly.

Can you remove a hot tub or shed?

Yes. We handle hot tub removal, above-ground pool removal, shed tear-down and removal, and other large outdoor items. These are priced based on size and labor required.

What happens to my junk after you take it?

We sort everything. Usable items get donated to local charities. Recyclable materials go to recycling centers. Only true waste goes to the landfill. We aim to divert up to 60% of what we haul from landfills.

Can you donate items on my behalf?

Yes. If you have furniture, clothing, appliances, or other items in good condition, we'll do our best to drop them off at local donation centers instead of the landfill.

Do you recycle electronics?

Yes. TVs, computers, monitors, printers, and other electronics are taken to certified e-waste recycling facilities. We don't just throw them in the landfill.
